I came across Jamee’s QTBIPOC 5 Phase Qi Gong class while searching online, attended on a whim, and had an amazing time! Jamee is a great instructor- enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the content and provides helpful and thoughtful individual feedback. Another highlight was Jamee’s ability to teach on Zoom- I have yet to see anyone teach a movement practice online as well as him. I would happily attend his class again and recommend his classes to any QTBIPOC folks. Thank you Jamee!
JP is awesome. I love acupuncture and homeopathy but they have always been challenging for me because I'm not good at relaxing, I can never stick to difficult herb regimens, and as a transgender person I get nervous about practitioners seeing or touching certain areas of my body.  JP never fails to meet me where I'm at, with empathy and respect. He comes up with treatment plans that will actually work for me, without judgement. I've seen him for acute injuries as well as chronic conditions, and have been really happy with both the experience and the results.
I had an old filling replaced and because the filling was deep the nerve got upset. One week later the dentist took an x-ray and then replaced the new filling just in case the first one didn't get done properly. It still hurt; I had to take a combo of ibuprofen and acetaminophen for two weeks and the dentist suggested I see the endodontist for a potential root canal. Even covered by insurance my out of pocket expense would've been over $800. Then I ran into Jamee and his wealth of knowledge. We'd met up for another reason but when I explained what was going on he said he'd saved himself from having to get a root canal and suggested I come in for acupuncture and also said he'd call in some herbs. And guess what? It worked! I did acupuncture once a week for 4 weeks and took 4 weeks worth of herbs. The total cost was way less than I'd have paid for a root canal and I get to keep my tooth! I'm so grateful
I have been working with JP for the past year and a half. He has helped with an array of health concerns; whether it's the winter blues, pms woes, migraines or sinus infections. His treatments generally tackle the problem; otherwise he'll prescribe (in conjunction w/Acupuncture) Chinese herbs in pill or raw formula. This is an added bonus as not all acupuncturist's in WA State work with herbs. JP is professional and thorough and I highly recommend his services.
JP is a very wonderful acupuncturist. I love all the treatment plans he comes up with because they are always so effective.  I am always happy with the results. Thank you very much!
Spiritual Healing & Loving KindnessI had a Hilot session with Jamee and all the clarity and sense of direction I got is still unfolding in my life to this day as I revisit our session. Jamee is a gifted practitioner who kindly invited me to participate with my questions and any clarity I was seeking. Jamee was able to identify blockages and more importantly a way forward that would aid and assist my healing and clarity. It was spiritual but also very practical in the sense of I had tools to take with me on my journey forward and references and resources. The information provided to me was spot on and I'm so grateful to Jamee for all this has gifted me.

Don't miss out on an opportunity to receive a treatment from JP. I am very happy to see the beginning of JP's new practice. I first started receiving treatment from JP while he was a student at SIOM.*
I was at a Beacon Hill street fair and saw Unicorn Pins & Potions booth where Jamee was answering questions about acupuncture and giving me a sample treatment to my neck and upper back which was so stress out I could hardly stand it. After 15 minutes I felt like a new person. I was able to dance in the streets to the band with my grandkids and did not miss a beat.

I booked my first appointment a couple weeks ago and it was easy. I did it through Unicorn Pins & Potion’s website portal and received email reminders of my appointment right away. I drove to their offices and was grateful to learn they had easy parking outside their building.

The office was comfortable and cozy - offering teas and water as you wait. The acupuncturist, Jamee, was wonderful. During the intake meeting, he asked questions based on my intake form to get a better sense of my problems. I appreciate his holistic approach, and he never hesitated to answer my questions in detail.

During my first session, Jamee made sure I was comfortable and even walked me through what to expect as he inserted the needles in specific points of my body. He has a very gentle touch, and I highly recommend him, especially for first-timers to acupuncture. But that gentle touch is matched with his rich knowledge in the field because I felt the power of the session almost immediately.

After the session, Jamee didn't just pull out the needles and walk away. He took notice of my body's reactions to the needles and shared his expertise of the reactions with me. I am getting ready to make another appointment. I feel like I have found a safe place to heal.
